Grande Vista installed accordion style sliding glass doors that open our back wall out to the backyard. We love entertaining guests in this space now and get so many compliments. They were professional and prompt and we are beyond pleased. Thank you Carlos!
I had my patio windows replaced in 2012. The installers were Fantastic! However, this yr, 2022 when I had the windows washed the man who is a tri-athlete over 6' couldn't remove the windows as I'm on the 3rd floor and cannot wash the outer windows. This summer I called Carlos who is the owner, I assume, gave me a choice of having someone come out who would be in the area to stop in to take a look at the problem. They said it would take 8-10 weeks for doors to come in, 6 months later still no doors and they haven't returned my very large deposit despite numerous phone calls. Do not use this company unless you want to get screwed and wind up in small claims court!!
Original dealings positive until details on paper/payment. Years later........NOW. Company(Amerimax) sold and overall experience from Corporate... AND dealer Both.... Made it clear that any warrantied parts and questions regarding installed window seals,locks,etc were unimportant,with NO interest in customer service offered. Fort Collins Corporate .passed inquiries to installer who was quick to end a phone contact...also same to email. Carlos and his team at Grande Vista Windows were great to work with. I recently had 9 windows replaced in my rental and I couldn’t have asked for better service. The entire team was professional, knowledgeable and courteous. The windows look great!!
