I want to thank all the guys in the service area that has worked on our truck in the past few years! Last time was Christmas and New Years Holiday. You guys really work hard and Brandon, Casey, and Gary thanks for listening to what I needed and going the extra mile to get it all done!! I HAVE DEALT WITH THIS COMPANY FOR THE LAST 3 YEARS, THEIR PARTS DEPARTMENT IS GREAT, THEIR SALES DEPARTMENT IS GOOD, BUT THEY LOSE ALL THEIR ATTA-BOYS WITH THEIR SERVICE DEPARTMENT. I WAS READY TO PURCHASE A NEW TRUCK FROM THEM BACK IN 2008 AND HAD PROBLEMS WITH THEIR SERVICE MANAGER, I CANCELLED THE ORDER WITH THEM AND ORDERED FROM ANOTHER DEALER. 2009 I THOUGHT I WOULD GIVE THEM ANOTHER SHOT, BUT THE WITH THE SAME SERIVCE MANAGER IN THERE AND SOME OTHER PROBLEMS WITH WARRANTEE WORK BECAUSE OF BAD SERVICE, I BOUGHT AGAIN F... read more
