Like others have said these buildings are owned by different management teams. I had the chance to stay at 5205 S Orchard St and had a good experience. The landlord was responsive and addressed my repair requests quickly. A professional cleaning throughout the unit was done as well before I moved in. I really like the private garage and there is also plenty of parking outside. Good experience so far.
The neighborhood is very quiet and calm, but Northend LLC please do not do it. Very sad that you pay your rent and get treated poorly. I got cussed out by property manager , I had to call police, he came over drunk banging on the door, rude! and on a good day he will fix small things my freezer has not property worked in months, I learned today my water heater is leaking. Called someone of. Course no answers! Unless the owners change and or property manager, do not do it ! This is what the hallways look like everyone has mov... read more

Keep in mind these building are not owned by the same company. The one I looked at were owned by A Koh. I seen 4 units that were available, each unit were out dated, some had mold and two had bugs all over the unit. The hall way for one was dirty and unkept. With a little care this property would be nice, but you can tell the landlord is all about the money.
