They broke my floor mat somehow, which didn’t have to be moved in the first place. As well as took 2 hours for them to pull a piece of trim off and unscrew 4 screws. They took much longer than what was needed and overcharged for it
I recently purchased a used GMC Terrain, I was first in contact with Sarah who was quick to respond to all my inquiries and booked my test drive.
