I brought my vehicle in at 8:30 a.m. yesterday due to a high-pitched noise coming from under the hood. Around 10:30 a.m., I was informed that the issue was related to the oil filter and that a repair was recommended. Due to budget constraints, I declined the repair. However, when my son picked up the vehicle, he reviewed the paperwork and was told in addition to the oil filter concern, the dealership said that the vehicle is "not drivable" due to an alleged oil overfill.
