Took a very long time for them to find what I had ordered. Sad that one person didn't know the difference between a lawn mower and a rototiller. The training so much has to be worked on. But even more sadly he insisted that the rototiller was a lawn mower, he had no idea. It took others to find my order and rectify his ignorance. It's only because of this one person that I can only rste at 3 star, everybody else there was a five.
