I brought my 2015 Mazda 3 in for an out‑of‑province inspection and was informed that it required significant repairs. This shop was recommended to me specifically because they have the ability to manufacture parts that are no longer available. During the inspection, they identified an exhaust leak and were able to repair it without replacing the entire exhaust system. Took my Jeep in for regular oil change and they found things that needed fixing sooner rather than later. Not only did they stand by their work and warranty something they had worked on last spring, they completed the work very quickly. Tony was exceptionally patient, informative and explained everything to me in detail. I will never take my Jeep anywhere else! Thank you for the great service experience!!
When you walk in the service bay all empty and no customers. Just employee's standing around. I could of walked around without anyone asking if I needed service. It seemed like I inconvenienced the parts person once I was able to speak to someone who wasn't having a chat. Don't worry everyone standing around had ford shirts on.
