I had a really odd situation where I was bit of a middle man regarding a vehicle that is in the service department dealing with an ongoing issue. Shawn was very patient and kind enough to talk the time out of his day to walk me through multiple things regarding the vehicle situation, Tech's process, the texhline and warranty rental.
