They do Amazing Hair at Grande! – I've gone to Grande a few times and the last time I went was just awesome, they have a new owner now (very nice guy) and have gotten rid of the old rude receptionist, the atmosphere just felt very new, hip and relaxed, which I loved. I've had my hair done with several of their stylist and have always been extremly happy. I don't think they are overpriced, seems to be the going rate in that part of town.
I like it – It is overpriced, and you will be there a while. But I have never had a bad haircut or color I wasn't thrilled with. Never had my nails done there- but I find everyone to be very nice and friendly.
It's a Joke – I've gone to this place and trust me I would not go back. You get attitude from the old appt. setter and then you have to wait because they're running late. It's over priced and over rated, after all, it's NOT SoBe.
Pedicures need work! – I'm a frecuent "Grande" user, and although I really liked their manicures, I had a bad experience on the pedicures. The water was cold, and the way I had it done was not very comfortable. They need to get some of those big pedicure chairs so that we stop sliding our feet under the manicurist table. The manicurists spoke way too much to her neighborgh and I was afraid to get cut!! Maggie the Manicurist – Grande Hair Salon is the best place to get your nails done, especially by Maggie. She is excellent and she treats you right. She pampers you, has wonderful conversation's with you and does a beautiful job on your nails. She will also let you know what you need to do to keep your nails healthy and looking wonderful. Make an appointment with her and you will see what I mean.
