Absolutely thrilled and impressed with our new granite counter tops. From start to finish, the process was smooth and professional. I was given the option to hand pick my slab in Edmonton which was a plus. The Hari Stone suppliers were very helpful, polite and kind even when I made them move a bunch of top slabs to see ones underneath.The time between measure to install was surprisingly quick. This is a place where customer service reigns: From the friendly office and showroom with many choices, to the final install and beautiful finished product! I'd like to mention the knowledge and professionalism in creating and installing these beautiful kitchen countertops. Ours were in unforgiving quartz stone and every detail ended up picture perfect. Thanks to Jodie, Justina, Mo and the crew there.
Nice guy - until something goes wrong - then it's zero accountability or help. Do yourself a favour and use a supplier with ethics - even when they make a mistake!
We were not happy with quality of product and cheap material that was used. When we ran into some issues, like, chips coming off and some stains for unknown reasons, we reported that and requested staff to come and have a look. The owner said he does not live in Grande Prairie and cannot not come. Without looking, he advised that we must have misused it. I was looking for advise for how to deal and fix the issues.
