Happy customer They have their own installers and spent 6 days at my house ripping up 3 layers of kitchen flooring, tiled a bathroom and installed 1500sf of hardwood flooring making it as painless as possible for me. Love the floors! Make sure you talk to John the owner. He knows floors. He worked out a fair deal for me and I am happy.
Great business Just got new hardwood floors in our home and had a wonderful experience working with Grande Flooring. They offered us the lowest price and the fastest installation date and were really easy to deal with. Great customer service and very friendly staff! Would definitley recommend if you're looking to improve your home.
Avoid Grande Floor Covering Buyer beware. This company is deceptive and dishonest. Contracted them to do my entire house; hardwood, tile, and carpet. Within one year hardwood floor cupped and split, was told harwood floor needed full year to cure in house, then blamed the manufacturer and after they refused to replace the floor the contractor blamed my sub-floor that 1 year earlier he said was perfect, 25 year warranty not honored.
