Dr. Grande helped take care of the pain I was experiencing in my lower/upper back in a timely manner over a few weeks. I really appreciate all that Dr. Grande has done to improve my back. I will continue using Grande Family Chiropractic for regular visits.

Doc Grande is the best! If you have chronic pain you should be seeing him. I ve had migraines my whole life really bad and have done it literally all- neuro, preventive pills, exercise, diet, Botox, alternative medicine - all brought some level of relief. I am a 48 yr old oxygen patient with a lung disease/GERD/Sciatica/Autoimmune and I'm obese. I was to the point that I didn't think anyone could help me. All the doctors were doing for my sciatic pain were pills. I was done with putting a bandaid on the pain. I suffered from migraines daily, it was difficult to work or even sleep. First time I saw Grande I was reluctant because even medication couldn't help my migraines. Since day 1 of being seen, I have been migraine free ! I now plan my vacations around my appointments!
I ran track in high school and college and I thought it was normal to have pain when I ran. I'm pushing 45 and move better and run pain free for the first time in my life. I've gone regularly for 3 years and am more flexible than when I was 16. Dr Grande is the real deal... he cares, he's capable, and he is always continuing his education. Wonder what I'll be doing at 50 ?!?
Been coming here for months. Dr Grande has helped my lower back & neck pain a lot. Nice guy who definitely knows what he's doing. Highly recommend Dr Grande.
Doctor had short responses. Hour massage is really only 45 mins massage not including time giving to undress and dress. 45 minutes late appointment- Appointment was 530, taken at 615. Won't come back.
Thanks to Dr. Grande for the first good night's sleep in a long time. The trip from Bowie Maryland is worth it.
