Maintenance nightmare ! Water constantly shut down because of pinholes in main pipes that all need to be replaced but are being done 8 ft at a time as they increase your water bill with no notice. No parts in stock for airchangers waiting days with no AC because no computer boards in stock. No landscaping Mulch after huge rent increases. It's the cheapest place in Clearwater for a reason. Constant car break ins and cat. Converter thefts because no security at all. Cameras don't even work !!! Good luck.
