A wonderful condo with fantastic neighbors, close to everything and even closer to a train stop to get to center city.
This Place Is Fantastic Beautiful Inside, & Outside.
I lived at the Grande for 2 years as a renter. It was the best of times, it was the worst of times. Location-wise, it’s great – proximity to restaurants, bars, Schuylkill River Trail, Conshy train station – all good. The property is generally well kept, and the neighbors were mostly nice and considerate. Nice pool, although I didn’t use it that much.
