Fantastic place to reside
Honestly, I am so pleased with the management. They have great customer service, very responsive, Maintenance is very knowledgeable and so pleasant to work with. Housekeeping staff is always there! The trash rooms are done everyday, no complaints. A great pool, nice grounds, excellent location.
The property managers are awful! They provide owners with misinformation, which inflates their income from administrative and late fees. There are many active lawsuits, and the unit owners are required to cover major loan repayments. Beware before purchasing any properties with this management or association.
Its the perfect residence. There is great management and it's tranquil.
