Ignore the obviously fabricated positive reviews left for this property. It's disappointing that management has resorted to misleading tactics instead of genuinely addressing tenant concerns. I’ll be straight up, this property was nice at first, but steadily declined in value and living experience after three separate changes in ownership. Each new management has shown less concern than the last somehow. If you care about peace, don’t live here. Between noisy birds nesting in the roof near my window (and the super not doing anything about it) and old people blasting their TV at 4 am, it’s impossible to get any sleep here.
I feel very fortunate that I found Grande Apartments to live in especially the way the market has been during and after the pandemic. Paterson who is the super, is amazing and cannot do enough for me especially if I have a maintenance issue. The complex exterminates on a monthly basis and the place is always immaculate! Neighbors are amazing ! Great! Best! Choice for me!
Moving from NY was a big decision for me and I found this complex to be the nicest around. They installed brand new closets in my unit when I requested that and were happy to please me. The super and his wife keep the grounds and place Beautiful!! Including the private laundry rooms. They take pride in the entire complex especially because they live there! I had many choices because of my good credit and I am glad I CHOSE this place
