I was referred to Dr. Grande by my primary doctor. I had many symptoms. I had my new patient appt, about 10 mins only. He said EGD/Colonoscopy to start. It didn't really show anything. He refused to see me again, told me come back in 10yrs. I tried to explain my symptoms are still there, to which he called in a pill to treat constipation, one of the many symptoms. Difficult to get a hold of anyone and when you leave vm, you never get a phone call. I've made many calls over the past 9 months regarding an outstanding balance. Since I'm not able to speak with the staff, I called the insurance company that informed me that there is no claim submitted for that date of service. Now my dad is getting phone calls from a collection agence and at the same time bills from the dr. office. Please note that he never received a notice that his account is being sent to collections.
