Be careful with this company. Over the phone they are happy to schedule a technician to come out for diagnostics. What they won’t tell you over the phone is the first thing the technician will do upon arrival is ask you to sign a service agreement on their iPad which states you agreed to their RIDICULOUS $180 per hr rate. Call around. There are plenty of refrigeration technicians that charge $50-$60 an hour. Our A/C totally stopped working...I called Grande Air, who we have used for 10+ years and they were here within 20 minutes, Tech found the problem-a blown fuse and immediately and fixed. System worked great - next day it died again, fuse blew again, tech was there from 4pm - 8pm, tried everything...they came back out first thing the following morning with another tech and finally found the issue. They were super responsive and I highly recommend them.

Grande Aire is what all businesses should aim to be. They've done a great job for me the past 5 years. I recently had an A/C problem, reported it at 8:30am and by 10am my A/C was running.

Oliver came by at around 7 pm to finish installing a heater element in my air handler unit which was way beyond that call of duty and which kept my wife and I from freezing off our behinds during the recent cold wave through our area. Kudos to him and the other staff at Grande Aire for job well done.
