Blake was my new technician yesterday. I can't say enough great things about my experience. Still in repair mode from Hurricane Ian, and Blake showed me things to do to be more cost effective with my system. I've never had a technician like him before. I am positive I will have to have another as he will definitely be promoted within the company. That's usually what happens with the best. Thank you Blake.
Realized my AC was not working. Called and within 20 minutes a technician arrived. 30 minutes later AC back on. Temp in attic was probably 160 degrees. Technician jumped in and solved problem. Awsome techs and awsome company.
The service was okay. The service charge was $135.00, but the capacitor that needed replaced was $200.00 which is 10x the retail price. This is unacceptable pricing.
