Grande Aire just completed another preventative maintenance review. They found a clogged drain and fixed it and then confirmed that the rest of our aging system is performing fine. No drama, no un-necessary repairs, no double-talk.  Just the same good service that we have experienced for many years. When things do need to be fixed they are there to fix them but no un-needed work. They are a first class operation!

We purchased this unit in 2017. This is the worst unit we have ever had. We had to have the compressor replaced after having the unit for 2 years. 6 to 9 months later, the Evaporator Coil had a leak and had to be replaced. Now, 2 months later, the indoor fan motor has to be replaced. I wonder what’s next…I am extremely disappointed with the Technician who chose this unit in the first place. I would not recommend this unit to anyone! Highly disappointed.

We recently had a need to call Grande Aire for an air conditioner problem. We do have a service contract with Grande Aire. It was after regular hours, (about 6:30pm) and the call was taken by your answering service. We were told a service rep. Would call us. The Service man called about 8:30 pm and asked for our address. When we told him the address, he said, oops, they gave me the wrong address, and I’m in South Gulf Cove, at another address. I will be there in 20 minutes. Grande Aire has serviced my air conditioning system as well as my parents and grandparents. Very honest, professional and priced fairly.
