Had a great family vacation in Hawaii. Beautiful home, very clean and stocked with all houseware goods. Booking was very easy and check-in instructions were easy to understand. Staff was very helpful and friendly.

Grand Welcome called us to confirm the booking, sent a detailed arrival letter, and then the local office in Kona called again once we were in the unit to ensure a safe arrival. This NEVER happens with other agencies we book with regularly. We rented unit MLGV Q22 and it was amazing- very well stocked with linens, towels and kitchen supplies, immaculately cleaned, etc. Highly recommend this company and this unit. Our large family enjoyed the spacious loft, pool and gorgeous grounds of the property.

Stayed in a great place in Mammoth. The unit was exactly as advertised. Easy check in instructions, pretty clean. Great stay. Will definetly look them up for the next ski trip.

We just love Grand Welcome! Our condo rents well and they are quick to answer when we have any questions or requests. Repairs are always done in a timely manner and completed well. We have been very happy with them and will continue our relationship ♥️

We (4 couples) are staying in a house in Sea Ranch in Sonoma, CA. I liked the e-mail that came just before we checked in. It listed all the details about picking up the key, hours etc. We are pretty pleased.
