We lived at Grand Vista for 9 years and loved it. This is a great community. Meredith the property manager does a great job keeping the building clean and safe. When you need a service request Jose gets the job done ASAP. If we didn't purchase a home we would still be living at Grand Vista. I recommend this this apartment.
You will see a lovely smile on the manager's face only until she does something wrong to you and then she wants you out . you are warned. That smile is fake and she will do anything possible to get rid of you if she decides that she doesn't want to deal with you. We were paying on time tenants, no nuisance, but this Meredith manager failed to do her manager's job when we were robbed in that building and she did not take precautions to change codes everywhere in the building so the same thieves came back and stol... read more
