Went to look at models. The woman was extremely rude and wouldn’t allow us to look at the models. She said she only allows people who know exactly which type of home they are looking for. You just lost a sale. I didn’t get her name. She was an Asian woman. So extremely rude!!!!

Update: Taylor Morrison stepped in and supported us with the parking issue that was ongoing in the street and all issues have been resolved. This community feels like an extension of Alief. Beside the mediocre quality of the homes built, there is a significant percentage of tenants that are in the car business and many use the streets as parking storage. So unless you want to buy a $350k to feel like you live in the middle of a junk yard, you aren’t going to be very happy owning a house in this community (Grand vista 45’s). ... read more

This community feels like an extension of Alief. Beside the mediocre quality of the homes built, there is a significant percentage of tenants that are in the car business and many use the streets as parking storage. So unless you want to buy a $350k to feel like you live in the middle of a junk yard, you aren’t going to be very happy owning a house in this community (Grand vista 45’s). Terrible builder. We bought a brand new house and there were some minor problems that needed repairs. Scheduling for repairs was not easy. It took several calls before they responded. After repairs the problems still existed. We had to do the repairs ourselves because they never returned for follow-up as scheduled.
