My mother has been in memory care for over 2 years now. I am so impressed with the staff. They are very caring and have gotten to KNOW my mom, her likes, dislikes, attitudes good and challenging. I hghly recommend Grand Villa.
The memory care staff has taken such good care of my Mom. They have gone above and beyond during this very stressful time dealing with the Corona Virus. I never thought I could entrust someone else to take care of my Mom, but they have become her family and I will forever be grateful.
Just moved my mom here on Monday. She’s already made lots of friends, and is so happy with the staff because as mom says “they’re always smiling and they pay attention”. The executive director is totally on top of the current pandemic crisis, and takes great care to communicate with residents and families.
