Very disappointed with no shows for quote and no phone call. Even after I rearranged to the following day (due to not attending by specified time within 2 hour window) there was no show the next day. On ringing again I was told he'd call them to find out what as going on and get back to me. Heard nothing. I wanted to shop locally but have gone with another company
