I think in all my customers service i have ever received in my life today was the worst experience ever. Never felt so mistreated at a doctors ever like today. The lack of solutions was even worse. Choose a different office
The worst system ever
I had my first baby with this hospital in 2021 and had a decent delivery I guess. They did push induction because I was a week late and then urged me to stay in bed and didn’t give me the option of a wireless baby monitor until I asked for one. It was too late as I was in too much pain. But with my current pregnancy, the staff I spoke to on the phone and the billing department were super rude solely because they had never heard of my insurance. I changed hospitals due to that.
I called my doctor's office last week after taking a home pregnancy test, testing positive, and spotting for several days after. I tried scheduling an appointment on Tuesday morning, but was put through to the nurse's voicemail and was told I would get a call back in four hours. After playing phone tag all day, my husband called and asked to not be put through to the same voicemail. I finally got to speak to a nurse, who questioned why my husband sounded upset and assured me that everything sounded normal, but that she would... read more
