I had my first baby with this hospital in 2021 and had a decent delivery I guess. They did push induction because I was a week late and then urged me to stay in bed and didn’t give me the option of a wireless baby monitor until I asked for one. It was too late as I was in too much pain. But with my current pregnancy, the staff I spoke to on the phone and the billing department were super rude solely because they had never heard of my insurance. I changed hospitals due to that.

I called my doctor's office last week after taking a home pregnancy test, testing positive, and spotting for several days after. I tried scheduling an appointment on Tuesday morning, but was put through to the nurse's voicemail and was told I would get a call back in four hours. After playing phone tag all day, my husband called and asked to not be put through to the same voicemail. I have been going to this practice for several years, and had my son 18 months ago at Grandview. I felt genuinely cared for even through a rough delivery and a PPH afterwords. The staff handled everything so calmly and quickly.
