We contracted with Grand View to replace the railings on our main deck, replace stairs and build a new patio paver garden area. We were very pleased with all aspects of the project. Darrald and Junior were especially helpful in helping my wife and I get from point A, which was - we needed to something, to point B, which was a well-designed project that we are very happy with. All phases of the project from design to cleanup were done to our satisfaction. We would recommend Grand View.
Please keep your business out of Parker if you are going to drive like an idot.

We bought a house that had a front porch and a back deck; both without rails and having an HOA that required pre-approval and design specifics. Grand View was AWESOME! They always arrived when they said, their estimate was in keeping with the others (although they offered more - custom railings), and the workmanship is stellar. I was promised a lot from the owner Junior. I am unfortunately forced to take legal action when he did not fulfill his end of our agreement. Truley sad what’s happening to The American Dream.
