Management could use some work. An office person seems to think that A/C is not a necessity when I have a 3yo and a 2mo that are stuck in an 80 degree townhouse with no way to cool down.
Not bad. We live in a one bedroom on the top floor. We love the way it looks but the only downfall is that over half of the outlets in our apartment do not work and the seal on our refrigerator has been broken since we moved in and nobody has come to fix it regardless of us talking to the office two or three different times and us calling the 24 hour maintenance. Besides that we love it, our living room is spacious, our bedroom is the perfect size for our needs. Our closet is a walk-in closet, and the bathroom isn’t too bad ... read more
It's (5) Stars... Hello... I live in an 8-plex apartment building, and this complex, has 16 bldgs; mine is a keyed entrance! I like having people to talk with, once in awhile. No one can enter our apartments, unless of an emergency...and with all the people here, it's impossible for anyone to steal a car! The Office here stays in touch with all of us, by either calling us and/or putting a note on our doors. And solicitors are not permitted to talk to the renters. grand Ave apartment My apartment complex is very dirty. It is infested with bed bugs and they refuse to treat the whole complex. I have lived here 2 years and never once have they came in to check on things or even clean the carpets. This apartment is cheap and affordable for me but the police are always out here and it's not somewhere I feel comfortable stepping outside by myself. Lots of trouble people surrounding me. Please help :(
These apartments and the employees that run are horrible wouldnt recommend them to my worst enemy
