Rented a unit for a few years. Great service and communication. Only vacated my unit because I moved out of state. Thank you!!
My daughter rented a storage unit for 6 months after we got her stuff out for the new school year she tried to call and cancel she couldn't get ahold of the we've sent emails and heard nothing back they charged her card without approval for another 6 months if your looking for storage I would look elsewhere
Unsolicited call. Live nowhere near the area. Not helpful and called for no reason whatsoever. Truly a frustrating experience, can’t imagine how they treat their actual customers, do not recommend.
Terrible customer service. Called to book a unit which Diane said I needed to book online which I did. Got a unit number and all. Didnt recieved an access code. Someone let me in gate to be able to put my belongings in my unit thankfully. Then 2 days later I get a phone call that I dont have a unit and need to move my stuff out asap and that they could give me 2 smaller units to try and fix their mistake.
