Nice having this nice facility in Palisade. Friendly people.
Very poor behavior from every receptionist I’ve interacted with. Just called and got hung up on. I was not rude until then end of when I was made aware multiple times from Bonnie that I haven’t been in 3 years. She would not go further with me and kept repeating that I hadn’t been in 3 years. This behavior is why I haven’t returned. Every time I have been to this office and have spoken to a receptionist, they are very rude, speculate why you are even there and just overall not nice.
