Office on 12th street- I had the most horrible experience! Doctor Czapla didn't even treat me like a person. In the midst of trying to explain my pain, she told me that the numbness in my fingers wouldn't be caused by the excruciating pain that was happening in the middle of my back. Feeling like she wasn't taking me serious, like I was there just to get pain pills. I started to tear up cause I was in a lot of pain. She made me feel dumb for feeling the pain I was experiencing. I went to the office on 12th street. Dr. Smith is so nice and makes you feel very comfortable. Glad our family found a great caring doctor. The staff is very nice. A great office indeed. We went to Grand Valley Primary care on 12th street across from the old community hospital. Thank you Dr. Smith
did not submit bill to insurance instead waited 4 years then sent it to collections. now its to late to have my insurance cover it and now i have to play the bill plus court costs. would not recommend coming here. while the nurse was nice no one else was
