The experience at first was terrible with the wait and the business manager kim. The assistant business manager Mike Bruno is amazing! He helped me get my 2012 kx250f when no one else wanted to, and also made it happen on his day off. My bike runs great and they even had it washed and all fluids topped. Thanks grand valley power sports! Forever customer.
Don't waste your time or money. Bought two Polaris units cash. Both were represented as new. One broke down immediately. Dealer made all kinds of promises to repair, deliver, etc. none ever happened. Worse it came to light that one unit sold as new was actually used. I suppose to the dealer's credit they refunded the money for the unit misrepresented as new without having to go to court on the matter.
