The second party billing dept that runs your charge for a MRI SUCKS!!!!!!! They never run it through your insurance then you have to figure out how to contact them and when you do you can only hope you find the local number. Bottom line is they are worthless!
The billing department sucks. There is no way to deal with it in person and they never bother billing insurance even though they have it on file, and multiple calls over months don't get anything done.
