One of the best experience I’ve had with a mechanic. No one else was available to help me switch my break pads until I called here. Brandt was super kind and helpful in explaining things. He was so welcoming and made us feel at ease. Honest guy and good work. His assistant was so kind in fixing my splash guard with out even having to ask ! I would 1000% recommend seeing them for any car issues.
We had a small issue with our van in Utah. These guys were super responsive and helpful. They were able to fix our problem within 1 day and we didn’t feel ripped off or taken advantage of. They were okay with us bringing our own parts and returned the broken parts as expected. Thank you!
My van was having issues so I called GVHM on a Friday night right before close. I was still a bit away as I was on a road trip and would be there after close, but the owner told me to bring it by and took a look. He quickly diagnosed the issue and set a game plan. Unfortunately I had to wait for the part to be ordered and delivered, but the owner allowed my dogs, girlfriend and me to stay in our van on his shop property for the week we were there.
