State Of The Art Medicine My son has had a sprianed or tender ankle since he first started playing football over 12 years ago. We have had him in to see orthopedic doctors at least twice a year over these 12 years. The answer time after time was when he gets in his 30's come back and we'll fix his ankle. These dedicated, educated, talented people and their associates diagnosed him as having fallen arches. After 30 days of physical therapy and shoe inserts he is able to return to his busy life style!!!
