I came in due to severe knee pain from a serious car accident I had suffered 5 weeks prior. I explained that I had severe swelling, numbness, and pain to the touch in the left knee, but was mostly concerned with the extreme pain I felt in the right knee while being active. I was seen by Pamela Klinkner who quickly dismissed my concerns, stating that 5 weeks simply wasn't enough healing time. This practice has really gone downhill. Calls are not returned in a timely manner, referrals are placed weeks after the office says they will be in and to a different specialist than originally told, the office staff has become increasingly rude and will hang up the phone on you. They also charge you for the first time you request your records to be sent to a different office which they did not previously do. Glad to be leaving.

Dr. Boutell is amazing with our kids! (Ages 7 & 2 weeks) would recommend him to anyone looking for a pediatrician. Takes his time with patients, listens to your concerns & answers all questions/concerns thoroughly.
