I had great experience! Everyone was so kind and very helpful.
Do NOT take your child here for their tonsils if you want it done in a timely manner and want honesty from their team. My child was referred for urgent tonsil removal as they are choking her and everything seemed fine during the doctors appointment. We were told, by the doctor, that we would get a call from a scheduler as they do the prior authorization first.
