We recently had a visit of an engineer from Grand Union Plumbing and Heating to address a boiler leak issue. The engineer arrived promptly and carried out a thorough assessment of the fault. After identifying the defective part, the repair was completed within just one day of the initial visit. Throughout the process, the engineer was friendly, positive, and highly professional. A 5 star experience, we recently had a full air source heat pump and central heating system installed, which was a massive job. Mitch and Connor did an amazing job, they were clear and upfront about the whole process from day one, they were very thorough and careful with their work and the result is outstanding, the job has been finished to the highest quality and the care and attention to their work really shows.

Really happy with the service provided. Replaced defective shower, including suggesting and supplying the parts, and got the job done very quickly. Andy was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, and completed the work to a very high standard. Very efficient systems with automated reminders and notifications so you know plumber is on way, and office staff also extremely helpful. I would not hesitate to use this business again. Highly recommended.
