We recently had a visit of an engineer from Grand Union Plumbing and Heating to address a boiler leak issue. The engineer arrived promptly and carried out a thorough assessment of the fault. After identifying the defective part, the repair was completed within just one day of the initial visit. Throughout the process, the engineer was friendly, positive, and highly professional. We're really pleased with our new bathroom. Glen and his team provided great service and quality of work. The breakdown of the works each day over the two weeks was really helpful. We'd like to give a special mention to Connor for his work ethic, standard of finish and cleanliness. Highly recommend and we hope to deal with Grand Union again in the future.

Boiler service quick and easy!! Ready for the winter. They have previously installed a new radiator in our kitchen/diner and relocated another. Couldn’t fault them!
