II brought in 2 "transponder key" blanks that needed cut for my **** Jeep Grand Cherokee. ********* cut 1 of my key blanks. I took it outside and it would not unlock the door but would turn the ignition if I jiggled it around. I took the key back in and ******* chucked up the key again and cut more off of it. I walked into the store at 8 am wearing a face covering as required by law due to The covid 19 pandemic. The woman at the register comes from behind the her station and with an angry voice demands I give her my purse! No bags allowed! If I were a woman she would not have even approached me! This outfit advertised a snow blower on eBay. My husband won the bid, closing at 10pm. He contacted the store in the morning. The first story was that they couldn't find it. The second story is that "it was walking out the door right now." How can you sell an item twice? Or was there a snow blower, ever? All items listed for sale on online are also on sale in the store. This is not a bait and switch, this is a normal practice more many online retailers who also have brick and motor stores. In this rare instance, the item listed online was sold, since we didn't have another of the same model in stock we quickly issued the customer a full refund and also offered to give them the next model (which was in stock) for our cost which is what we were selling them for online and they were close out models.
