We had an issue with our Super C RV / Freightliner DD13 chassis. It ended up taking a few attempts at overnight delivery before the part finally arrived. We had Mobile Tech Reese out to our campground twice before he could finally fix it. We can’t emphasize enough what a GREAT job he did for us. He was professional, very customer oriented, went to bat for us with the parts delivery problem - and ended up having to do the repair in the rain, without any complaint !! Very disappointing experience with Stoops Freightliner. My truck was in their shop for about a month, which is already far longer than expected, but the real issue was the condition it was returned in. The repairs felt rushed and poorly done, like corners were cut just to get it out the door.
Extremely disappointed with Stoops Freightliner. They kept my truck for an entire month, and when I finally got it back, the work was sloppy. On top of that, parts were missing, yet they still had the nerve to charge me for parts that were never even installed.
