Would have been 4 stars (PM service on our motorhome a bit pricey). Reason for 3 stars? Couldn't leave plugged in, turned off fridge to save batteries. Rig was to be done same day. Informed me later that day that they didn't have a part, needed to keep it through the weekend. I emphasized the need to plug it in, physically open the fridge door and turn on the knob to not spoil our food or the very expensive meds. Picked up on Tues. to find the fridge was off! While driving my motorhome to the Traverse City area recently I got the dreaded “low DEF” warning on my dash. I called their Service department and, much to ny surprise, Megan asked if I could bring the motorhome in the following morning! Andrew and Moe worked diligently to find the issue, then worked with Freightliner and Cummins to get the parts overnighted to fix the problem. 600+ miles later and no issues. 🤞. Thanks everyone!
Most honest and knowledgeble shop in the northern MI area. Will only be using them for our repairs up north. Wish they had a mobile service! Appreciate your guys help with the air gauges. No shop could arrange them last minute, my guy would have been stuck the weekend but you guys were able to take them out of an old truck and get us rolling. Thank you so much!
