Perfect classic YMCA vibes in my opinion - clean but not cold and sterile. Highly functional without being vain... just as I feel we should all be on the Christian walk! If there was a basketball court and a quiet place to work I could easily spend whole days here.
I am doing the Aqua Therapy Bridge program, following spinal surgery. The West Y was too busy with kids doing cannonballs right next to me in the therapy pool. East Y was much quieter, and other swimmers were respectful to allow space.
Awesome pool and sauna
The weight room/cardio remodel is beautiful! Brand new machines. Sparkling clean. 👏
