Worked on our Explorer to replace the rear glass. Liftgate was not aligned properly when reinstalled so it leaves a big gap on one side and hits the bumper on the other. Power liftgate button was left unplugged, and one of the interior clips that holds the plastic panels on the inside of the liftgate was broken off. I noticed this when I removed it to plug the liftgate button back in. Seems like it was a rushed job!
Phone rung 5 times then someone killed the connection. Thing with cellphones is when a connection is purposely cut you can tell. Whatever more glass places in town. Next
