Absolutely shocking service from the Grand Toyota service department. I honestly cannot wait for my warranty period to be over so I can take the vehicle somewhere else for a basic service. At my last service, I was advised that the brake rotors needed replacing and that a wheel alignment was required. As it is extremely difficult for me to get the vehicle in due to work commitments, I specifically asked if these items could be completed while they already had the vehicle. Would like to give a big shout out to the Ethan and the service team at Grand Toyota -Wangara for completing a really honest and professional servicing of our families two Prados. We’ll be Definately be back and will recommend the A class service from start to finish.👌

Excellent service at Grand Toyota Wangara. The entire experience was quick, straightforward, and professional — from the front desk to the workshop.
