During our recent visit for maintenance, we had a grateful experience with service manager Dan Wightman who went above and beyond for me and my husband. This would be an unforgettable experience! Thank you Dan for your transparency, which not many places still have that today. We also appreciate everything you did for us, we will definitely refer this dealership to our friends who are looking to buy a vehicle. :)
I would give this dealer zero star if there is an option Never believe the sale guy there. We start with confirmation that the car still available. I made offer and I agreed to buy right away when the sale guy call me back on final price. I send this sale guy all my purchase informations. It take 2h40mins later still quiet and i call them back, I am told it was sold to someone else. Their explanation: "Bad timing"
