Customer service is horrible. They are very unprofessional. I called to ask when will they be finished with my car to get a timeframe and they said they didn’t want to fix my car anymore. I guess that was too hard of a question to an answer so they decided to not work on my car anymore. As a professional shop, you should at least be able to give a time frame on when the car would be ready for pick up.
