Customer service is horrible. They are very unprofessional. I called to ask when will they be finished with my car to get a timeframe and they said they didn’t want to fix my car anymore. I guess that was too hard of a question to an answer so they decided to not work on my car anymore. As a professional shop, you should at least be able to give a time frame on when the car would be ready for pick up. Not get mad at your customer, who is paying you, bc they asked you when their car would be ready for pickup. Very unprofessio... read more
