My husband and I recently dined at The Grand Tier at the Met Opera. We ordered the Pavlova and Dacquoise desserts, and both were absolutely delicious—an unforgettable treat that truly made the night special. We absolutely love this restaurant and the Metropolitan Opera.
If you want to put some icing on your opera night, this is it. Dining in the Met opera before your Theater starts. The Food is amazing, the ambiance is magical, and the staff is fantastic. Don’t get me wrong: you will pay dearly for the evening, but for a special occasion it is almost a must.
The location & vibe of the restaurant was great. Food and service wasn’t New York City level. Food was basic, bland, and below average service……
Impeccable service and detail in an incredibly beautiful atmosphere and the food is excellent not perfect but excellent. I am not sure why this has such an overall low rating but it's also not cost prohibitive they have a set menu and you can order a la carte.
