Best apartment tour I have ever had! Ms. Barbara has such a beautiful soul. You can tell she really cares about her community and takes pride in it. She answered all my questions and made me feel at home. Would have loved to have her as a manager. The property is very well kept. The only reason we decided to go with another property is because my mom has failing knees and it would be too much for her to climb all the stairs.
Honestly, this is the best place for your buck. There are no cheaper 2bd 2ba townhouses on Long Beach with the amenities they have. With that being said, I could go on about the amenities and everything, but what really makes this place worth it, are the people in the office. Leanne and the team are actually caring people and not vultures like every other apartment complex management I have dealt with.
