A washer holds a load or honestly less if you don't want your clothes to still smell, the laundry room itself often smells unpleasant, and they keep jacking up the prices. The laundry mat down the street holds twice the laundry for a 25¢ less. So not only are they poorly maintained or at least the ones next to my complex, but there were roaches, several and big ones too, that came out from under the machines when I shut the door. Update #2: Had a present for my birthday accidentally delivered by a friend to my old address, this apartment, and the leasing office didn't even bother to call me to ask if I could pick it up, they just tossed it immediately. Genuinely a terrible company, I've never dealt with such a rude, nasty leasing office like this. Update: Oh, what do you know? This place has the WORST customer service I have run into in awhile to be honest. You have to call multiple times to get a hold of them and when they do return your phone call - they act like they don't have time for you and your questions. Both ladies I spoke to actually ended up hanging up one me which is crazy rude. It's sad because I really liked this place and I am a great tenant but because of their awful customer service, I am going elsewhere. Owners should really consider re-staffing.
