Best apartment tour I have ever had! Ms. Barbara has such a beautiful soul. You can tell she really cares about her community and takes pride in it. She answered all my questions and made me feel at home. Would have loved to have her as a manager. The property is very well kept. The only reason we decided to go with another property is because my mom has failing knees and it would be too much for her to climb all the stairs.
Honestly, this is the best place for your buck. There are no cheaper 2bd 2ba townhouses on Long Beach with the amenities they have. With that being said, I could go on about the amenities and everything, but what really makes this place worth it, are the people in the office. Leanne and the team are actually caring people and not vultures like every other apartment complex management I have dealt with. Shout out to Leanne and Dinah I just moved from Florida to California and they made my move so convenient and so easy to deal with when approaching the community and having to move my stuff into my unit for my U-Haul delivery box It was such a breeze, even the application process and them showing me the place from a long distance was exactly what they showed me on the phone. A washer holds a load or honestly less if you don't want your clothes to still smell, the laundry room itself often smells unpleasant, and they keep jacking up the prices. The laundry mat down the street holds twice the laundry for a 25¢ less. So not only are they poorly maintained or at least the ones next to my complex, but there were roaches, several and big ones too, that came out from under the machines when I shut the door.
