I love living here I have had no issues since living here management is always easy to connect with good communication and very understanding that life happens and will accommodate!!! Love management kee up the good work!!!

When I broke my lease to my old apartment I needed to find something safe and sanitary asap for me and my child to live in i applied here to grand summit and got approved on the spot and kizzy made the process so easy and simple for me no hassle at all, the move in process was so easy and whenever I have a maintenance issue they come right away to fix the job it’s very quiet and peaceful I love that my daughter is able to play outside with the other little kids in the community we feel very safe here
i love living here! management is very good at communicating and assisting with any maintenance issues. super quiet and nice neighborhood. Happily renewed my lease!
I have to say Carlos Colmore is the best. My sick was messed up and The Brother came asap and replaced the whole sink. I appreciate the work. Peace
