Grand Strand folks really work with you. We have had changes in schedules a couple of times, but they always worked with us as for the most part we have used the same house for years for our family vacations

Had a wonderful week at Annual Tradition with 22 family members. Could not have gone better! Unable to get to the office before closing, but the process for obtaining the key was easy. The amenities were great. Had a little trouble with the elevator, but was fixed within an hour. Great experience.
Awful agency to rent from. Never again. Especially for an owner to refuse to talk to dissatisfied customers at the front desk when she is literally in her office 10 feet away.
We rented with this company over Thanksgiving and the dishwasher was not working and the right side of the kitchen sink was pouring water straight through to underneath the sink. We have a 5 year old son with Autism and a two year old and I have to cook a lot for my son’s special diet. The owner of Grand Strand Vacations did not respond when we reported this issue.
