Horrible company do not do business with them after over a year of servicing my pool. They just stopped showing up until it turned green when I called. I was told I got an email that said they dumped all the residential customers and I should’ve known needless to say if I really had received an email I would’ve simply found a new pool service company. Then when I called I was told that I called them and I was told that they were no longer servicing residential customers completely incorrect. Stay away from these people.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ – Honest, Reliable, and Extremely Helpful! We just bought a house with a pool and honestly had no idea what we got ourselves into. I called Grand Strand Pool Services because I thought my pool skimmer wasn’t working. BJ, the owner, came out and quickly figured out the issue—it wasn’t the skimmer at all, the setting was just off in the Hayward app. Problem solved! BJ went above and beyond. They are a great family owned company. Our pool robot would not work, and they fixed it and even honored the parts warranty.
